 Project Description:  Demolition of existing facilities, installation of new site infrastructure to include public and private streets, utilities, parking, and construction of two hundred twenty-one (221) single and multifamily rental units, in an urban infill environment.  Community recreation facilities were also included in the project.  Contract Amount: $25 million
